PARENTS: Please be sure you are fully aware and understand the cooperative requirements at Catch the Son Preschool before you register your child.
Catch the Son is a COOPERATIVE school that depends on the efforts and participation of parents. Families who enroll their children here, do so because they want to be actively involved in the classroom and with the school as a whole.
FAMILIES AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
I will participate in the classroom as a working parent the required number of days for my child’s class. I will arrange for a substitute for myself as needed. Parents work an average of once every three to four weeks—and provide the snack for the class.
I will do my School Job during the year (parents pick from a list sent during the summer). Jobs range in time commitment from making playdough once a month—to being the class scheduler.
I will support Catch the Son fundraising opportunities. While there is no longer a required dollar amount for fundraising, we rely on families' support of our fundraising projects in order to fund all-school equipment purchases, field trip expenses, and scholarships.
I will participate in the year-end All School Clean OR Playground Work Party.
I will take responsibility for keeping myself informed of classroom and school-wide activities by reading information made available in Parent Pockets, on the website and by attending Parent Meetings.
I agree to submit to a background screening with WSP as required by the CTServant Church insurance company.
I include with this form a non-refundable registration fee of $85.00. Refunds will be given only due to lack of space or cancellation of class.
I agree to pay my monthly tuition. Total yearly tuition is divided by nine months, and there are no adjustments made for holidays, sickness or other absences. Withdrawal from the school requires a two week notice. Pre-paid tuition refunds are based on the withdrawal guidelines in the Parent Handbook. |
