KATHY EIFORD teaches 4-Day Pre-Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten Enrichment.  This is her 20th year at Catch the Son!  She taught from 1990-2000, then returned in 2003. She took on the role of lead teacher in 2005, mentoring our new teachers. Kathy attended WWU, working towards a degree in Child Development. She and her husband Dan have two grown children and the light of her life are her two grandchildren!

DANA EVANS teaches 2-Day Preschool and 3-Day Pre-Kindergarten. This is her 16th year at Catch the Son.  She joined our staff in1997 after being involved for several years as a parent, board member, and substitute teacher. Dana attended WWU, working towards a degree in Education.  She is also Cheer Advisor at Bellingham High School.  She and her husband Reed have three daughters. Her oldest got married this summer and the other two are in college. 

JENNIFER PETERSEN teaches Playgroup and 3-Day Preschool. This is her second year at Catch the Son but she has been a preschool teacher for a total of six years.  She earned her Elementary Ed degree from WWU, and her M.S. from Troy State University in Alabama.  She loves reading, working in her yard, and playing with her family. Jennifer and her husband Calvin live in Ferndale and have two children who are in 3rd and 6th grade.
